We strive to make all our products true to size. The sizing chart below is not garment specific, but hopefully, it will give you some guidance when choosing your size. In instances where you’re perhaps in between two sizes then we recommend you take the size up.

The Altitude range is designed to be a tight, but comfortable, fit. If you size up it will give you a little extra room, but it will still hug your body as that’s what this range is designed to do. If you want a looser fit consider the Ultra or Universal range.

I bought the blue/grey Mongrel in the ladies fitting and I love it! I’m normally a Small or Medium in my running clothes but after chatting with one of my running mates about hers, I bought an XL. The larger size allows for my long arms and I can wear it under or over a running top. It still fits well as a base layer but has the flexibility of being a top layer as well. The blue/grey colour combination is great and goes with all colours.
