We strive to make all our products true to size. The sizing chart below is not garment specific, but hopefully, it will give you some guidance when choosing your size. In instances where you’re perhaps in between two sizes then we recommend you take the size up.

Altitude Range - 'Contact Fit'

The Altitude range is designed to be a tight, but comfortable, fit. If you size up it will give you a little extra room, but it will still hug your body as that’s what this range is designed to do. If you want a looser fit consider the Ultra or Universal range.

Universal and Ultra Range - 'Regular Fit'

These garments are designed true to size, but going up a size in the Ultra will give it a slightly looser fit, whilst remaining sporty. The Universal is already designed as a more casual fit.

After developing our revolutionary world first, totally unique in the universe merino compression fabric for our leggings, we wondered if it maybe would be good for a sports bra as well? And hey guess what? It is! It’s amazing for that, in fact.

So here it is: The Pace Sports Bra. And while it might look a bit like a regular sports bra, the fabric makes this one oh so different and oh so much better. For starters, it delivers that perfect combination of comfort and performance. There’s the natural, ultra soft and comfy fabric as well as the support you need for all sorts of medium to high impact activities.

That means you get everything you expect from our high performance merino garments including natural breathability, temperature-regulation, moisture wicking and odour resistance. Plus a great fit and feel.

And we know some of you will say “oh gross”, but you can seriously work out hard in this one, and go with our ‘wear and air’ philosophy. Unlike stinky synthetics, the natural anti-microbial properties will mean it’s good to go for round two, three or even four before you need to wash it.

This amazing merino-rich fabric is fully temperature-regulating for four season comfort delivering ‘insulation’ to help prevent overheating when you warm up.

I’ve been eyeing this bra for a while now but hesitated because I don’t usually do well with non-adjustable sports bras. Since I ordered something else I thought I’d give it a shot and I’m so happy I did - just finished my run and this is an excellent piece. Great fit, great support, great fabric (I’m a 10F and bought size M)

One of my specific reasons for buying the polo, apart from wearing it casually, I wear it under my yellow protective clothing as a volunteer firefighter. It is extremely comfortable in very hot conditions as it does not stick to your skin when sweating heavily and with the wicking ability helps with managing my body heat. Being wool it also gives that second level of protection against burn injuries.

Hiking Socks

Amazing!

I have stopped wearing leggings under my skirts for awhile now because of all the synthetic fibers and I decided to get these after a very long search to find the best. After about 1.5 months of searching and reading reviews I decided to get these. I followed the size guide and I found a perfect fit, I never want to take them off. Now I wear long, mostly ankle length skirts and I run in them so I sweat and I sweat a lot but these are amazing. I also have very stretched out skin from having children and these really hold things tight so my skin doesn't hurt when I run or itch. So pleased! I'm super excited to get a second pair but I need to save a bit for them. They also keep their shape after a couple days. I'm so thankful!

being an avid supporter of the merino industry and io merino product i purchased 3 pairs of the mens trunks about 12 months ago- it was not long before i dreaded wearing the cotton brands i was wearing prior to that. New Running Long Sleeve

Only used a couple of times but it’s great. Comfortable fit keeps me warmer than a t shirt and the thumb holes help keep fingers warmer on frigid hills mornings. Time will tell for durability. Love the colour (mint I think)
