Ordering and Shipping Information

We ship all domestic and international orders from our warehouse here in South Australia. Depending on were you are in the world, some international customers (particularly those in the UK, Europe and Canada) may have to pay additional importing and customs fees - please note this is beyond our control and is to do with government rules in your country. Sorry! ioMerino is not liable for any additional charges, and it's the purchaser's responsibility to look into whether or not charges apply and ow much they are before you buy something. For more info, please contact your local postal or customs offices and see the 'Additional Shipping Charges' below.

Shipping Policies

All orders are shipped using standard shipping unless you choose and pay for express shipping. All couriers we use provide tracking details so you can track your order easily. Your signature may be requested upon delivery.

How long does shipping take?

PLEASE NOTE: Custom printed and selected items are not stocked at our warehouse and usually take a few extra days. Please see below.

Orders received before 12 pm AEST, Monday to Friday - We will dispatch your order from our warehouse on the same day. (Excludes custom and selected printed items.)

Orders received after 12 pm AEST, Monday to Friday – We will dispatch your order from our warehouse on the following business day (Monday - Friday). (Excludes custom and selected printed items.)

Design Series Tees - our custom print tees are produced in smaller, limited quantities and may take a few extra days to produce so please allow for this in your delivery time.

Printed Items - If the item your are ordering has a print on it, it MAY be part of our custom print collection which are produced in smaller, limited quantities and may take a few extra days to produce so please allow for this in your delivery time.
 

You will receive an email confirming your order once payment has been approved and another email with your tracking information once your order has been processed and dispatched (weekdays only).

Once your order has been dispatched -

Australian orders:

Standard shipping within Australia is usually delivered 2-7 business days depending on your location. (Excludes custom and selected printed items which usually take a few extra days.)

Express shipping within Australia is usually delivered 1-4 business days depending on your location. (Excludes custom and selected printed items which usually take a few extra days.)

International orders:International standard shipping outside of Australia is usually delivered 7-21 business days depending on your location. (Excludes custom and selected printed items which usually take a few extra days.)International express shipping outside of Australia is usually delivered 2-6 business days depending on your location. (Excludes custom and selected printed items which usually take a few extra days.)

We use the world’s leading delivery companies - DHL for international deliveries and Star Track, Toll Ipec and Express Post for Australian deliveries.

Your signature may be requested upon delivery.

If you place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday - Friday).

Peak periods during sale and holiday periods can experience longer delivery times - usually a few extra days.

Please note: Any delivery date or time specified by ioMerino is an estimate only and we’re not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.


How much does shipping cost?

AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND:

Free standard shipping within Australia/NZ on all orders greater than AUD$100 (Australian Dollars) applied automatically when purchasing.

For orders less than $100, the flat delivery rate within Australia/NZ is AUD$10 (Australian Dollars).

Express shipping within Australia/NZ on all orders greater than AUD$100 (Australian Dollars) is $5 extra.

For orders less than $100, Express Shipping within Australia/NZ is AUD$15 (Australian Dollars).

This rate does not include any third party fees (customs duties, taxes, other fees).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA/NZ):

Please note we ship all domestic and international orders from our warehouse here in South Australia.

Due to customs requirements, we can’t deliver to PO boxes outside of Australia and require either a business or personal street address.

Free standard shipping outside of Australia/NZ on all orders greater than AUD$200 (Australian Dollars) applied automatically when purchasing.

For orders less than $200, the flat delivery rate outside of Australia/NZ is AUD$20 (Australian Dollars).

Express shipping outside of Australia/NZ on all orders greater than AUD$200 (Australian Dollars) is $10 extra.

For orders less than $200, Express Shipping outside of Australia/NZ is AUD$30 (Australian Dollars).

NOTE: Some country exclusions apply. We do not ship to every country on earth for various reasons. Really sorry if you're in one of those places. You can email us and ask if we can help you and we'll do our best.

Additional Shipping Charges

Any items sent outside of Australia may be subjected to taxes such as customs duties, VAT, custom processing fees and related administration fees within your country.

ioMerino is not liable for payment of these charges. It’s the purchaser’s responsibility to understand any possible additional charges before purchase.

We’ve considered additional charges when pricing our clothing for international sale, so even with importing fees your purchase should still represent excellent value for money.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

For more information on possible additional shipping charges, please contact your local customs or postal authorities prior to your purchase for clarification on any importation costs.


Shipping Address

Due to customs’ requirements, we cannot deliver to PO boxes outside of Australia and require either a business or private street address.

Shipping is currently unavailable to a select group of countries due to postal restrictions. If your country is not listed but you can’t bear to live without your favourite ioMerino products, get in touch with our customer service team here, and we will try and help you out.


Ordering - Terms and Conditions

SALE

Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged, so please choose carefully. We do not accept returns for a refund on all sale items due to incorrect choice, fit or change of mind.

The offer is valid on selected styles and colours listed, while stock lasts. See full Returns policy.

SPECIAL PROMOTION/DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes can only be used on full prices items unless specified otherwise. Discount codes are not valid in conjunction with sale, other offers or promotional vouchers. Discount codes do not apply to design series, bundles or special event merchandise, unless specified otherwise.

Orders placed during a special promotion are only eligible for exchange of size for the same style purchased.

ALL OFFERS

Prices as marked online. Offers cannot be redeemed against a prior purchase. All special promotion or sale offers are for a limited time (unless otherwise stated) and while stocks last.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice


Gift Cards

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. There are no additional processing or transaction fees. ioMerino Gift Cards expire 3 years from purchase date. Cannot be replaced or redeemed for cash. Only valid on iomerino.com

Gift Cards can be used more than once, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card, however they cannot be reloaded. To check your gift card balance, use the link provided in the gift card email.

Gift cards can be used in conjunction with another discount. Gift cards are a form of payment.

Where is my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from ioMerino.com which will include your tracking number.

If you are unable to locate your tracking number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please contact us here.


Change or Cancel an Order

Regrettably, it’s very difficult for us to change your order including sizing, colours, add or remove products or discount codes or changing shipping address once it has been placed. We aim to ship all orders as fast as possible so our warehouse is processing them within a couple of hours of receiving them. If a change is necessary, let us know and we’ll do our best to help.

All discount codes must be used at the checkout at the time of the sale and cannot be applied once the sale is finalised.

Please note that placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. Available products are only assigned to your order after you place your order and receive an e-mail confirmation that we've received your order.

An item might disappear from your cart for one of the following reasons:
