    ioMerino Gift Cards

    ioMerino gift cards expire 3 years from purchase date (in line with Australian consumer law, which requires gift cards are sold with a mandatory minimum expiry period of three years)

    There are no additional processing or transaction fees.

    Cannot be replaced or redeemed for cash.

    Gift cards are issued and redeemed in Australian Dollars. 

     

    How do I use my gift card? 

    Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them by entering its unique code at the checkout. A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order.

    The ioMerino Gift card can be loaded on to Apple Wallet Passes on your iOS devises in the Apple Wallet. You can check your gift card balance through the Apple Wallet Pass. 

    ioMerino gift cards are only valid on iomerino.com

    Gift cards are issued and redeemed in Australian Dollars. 

     

    Can a gift card be used more than once?

    Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card. However Gift cards cannot be reloaded.

     

    Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?

    Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout.

    Gift cards are issued and redeemed in Australian Dollars. 

     

    How do I check the balance of my gift card?

    If your gift card was purchased under your customer account, then you can check the balance by using the link provided in the gift card email. If you don't have an account, email our friendly customer service team and they can help you out. 

     

    Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?

    No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

     

    Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?

    Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

     

    Can I apply a discount code when I purchase a gift card ?

    Discount codes and store credit cannot be applied when you are purchasing a gift cards.  

     

    Can I use my gift card and a discount code on my order?

    Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

    I have recently discovered this awesome brand from my home state - thanks Sputnik! I bought a heap of things for our trip to Queenstown and so far they have lived up to the description. Love the layering recommendations - it's meant every walk/hike has been comfortable. In the middle pic I am in IO from gloves, tops, leggings to socks! Love it

    I was looking for warm pants made of natural fibres. I started looking at pure merino wool but was concerned that it's too delicate. Glad i found this shop. Mixing merino wool and cotton sounds like a brilliant idea. Keeps warm but not as delicate as pure merino. Love my pants. It's warm and comfy!

    At first wasn't sure about the tights but I wanted to try anyway and that was a super winner. It is definitely a piece that I own with proud as I am sure while I seat no nasties are getting into my pores.
    I am amazed ate the quality, the fit and the feel of it. Good job guys for think of it, you really deserve my admiration and I will be looking forward to change most of my old synthetic thighs to IO Merino.

    I wore iormerino Altitude thermals (x3 layers top) and x1 layer bottom (with running tights) with x2 pairs of socks for running adventure across a frozen lake in Mongolia. Light weight and warm despite -18/-22 degrees. I didn't need ski jacket or pants as felt cosy. Didn't smell either (we had no running water for 7 days).
