The Men's Ultra Crew Neck Base Layer top is as soft and comfortable as ever combining all the natural benefits of our finest MicroMerino® fabrics with just enough nylon to create our most durable fabric ever to withstand the most demanding adventures.

Designed with Ultra Runners in mind we made it extra comfortable and extra durable. Still Merino-rich, and perfect for adventure racing and what in Australia, we like to call ‘bush bashing’.

A true high-performance garment packed with extra performance features like tag-free labels and flatlock stitching helps eliminate chafe and maximize comfort. The thumb loops keep your hands warm and stop your sleeves riding, and the reflective trims have been added for extra safety in low light.

Wear it on its own to stay cool in warm or mild weather, or as part of a layering system when the temperature drops

Snug, well-made versatile layer for running, hiking or staying warm in winter

I bought this long-sleeve top for a couple of purposes, for which it performs well: running on cold winter's mornings (excellent snug fit and useful thumb holes); and as a base layer for staying warm during the day in winter, when working from home in an unheated house. It's terrific at both. The quality of design and construction is first rate. The fit is on the longer side, top to bottom, and on the narrow side across chest and waist. That suits my needs perfectly, but you might want to size up if you want a looser fit. I'm in a medium, and my dimensions are H: 175cm W: 70kg. It's not super tight on me, and I'm very happy with the size choice and fit.

Excellent running top - Highly recommend

The Ultra Crew is a terrific garment. As soon I took it out of the package you can see the excellent quality of the material and the stitching. I have tried it on a few runs on some colder days and I was not disappointed. Not once did I feel cold and as the run progressed I did not overheat either. The garment is very well cut, true to size and did not cause any rubbing. I definitely would recommend for others to purchase. I would also like to see ioMerino make some running shorts, I think this is one key item missing from their product range.

Great Shirt

Lived up to expectations. Is comfortable, warm and breathes.

New Running Long Sleeve

Only used a couple of times but it’s great. Comfortable fit keeps me warmer than a t shirt and the thumb holes help keep fingers warmer on frigid hills mornings. Time will tell for durability. Love the colour (mint I think)

Bought the XS. It's a generous fit. Very comfy. Great quality, colour and style for indoor and outdoor. My preference is for longer short sleeves, especially outside. But very happy with this product

Comfy but. ..

Love the quality, colour and styling. I bought these for my partner and they are a little short in the leg length. He's not ridiculously tall and they sit above his ankles. Otherwise a good fit
