As a cyclist the cold winter mornings are always a challenge. These have been perfect to wear under my normal fingerless cycling gloves to keep my fingers from freezing. Still giving great control over gears and brakes without the bulk of fully padded winter gloves. They would also be great as an under glove for skiing or really cold weather when bulky gloves are also needed. Excellent customer service offered by IO Merino when I had a slight issue with my order of these.

I needed lightweight gloves, suitable for all-year-round wear as I have an auto-immune disease that affects circulation to my hands. These are perfect to wear in the office where the air conditioning affects me, as well as outside in the colder months. These also work perfectly for screen use, and their firm fit enables me to use a keyboard easily. Quality matches the price point.
I measured my hand and went the size down as I needed a firm fit for typing.

Great fitting gloves I'm planning to wear as inners in the US this winter. I'm a big fan of iO Merino undergarments as they're effective, good quality, durable and a South Aussie company.. Recommend sizing down for a firm fit.

I’ve only just discovered IO Merino, swapping over from another well known brand (made in China). I love these gloves, though I had to go a size down from the size chart (I bought the arm warmers and had to go a size up). Gloves feel great though haven’t used daily so can’t comment on the wear however they look & feel well made. Ionia now my go to brand. Great customer service & like their products are home grown and made.

My hubby bought these for me as a gift. He received a voucher as part of a race prize! Very generous of the company. While I love the quality, I was a bit sad about the colour. Black is probably the last colour I would choose for gloves! A lighter/brighter colour would be fab- medium grey, green, pink, maroon!! I need to add my thicker gloves over the top when running in South Australia. Sometimes the gloves get itchy.

Very happy with this purchase. Sizing was correct so have a great fit- snug but not too snug. Excellent soft feel and quality and look ‘high end’. Thin enough to wear as a liner but enough thickness to wear solo when it’s not so cold out. Nice wide wrist band so will stay in place and not expose skin between your jacket and gloves. Love not having to remove my gloves to use touch screens with discrete touch screen finger pads. Small clip on each glove so when not being worn you don’t have to worry about finding the ‘other one’! I like the idea of supporting Australian wool growers as an added bonus. I think these merino wool gloves are good value at their price point. I don’t usually leave reviews but I was impressed with the quality and happy with my purchase.

Average gloves, they are ok but wouldn’t buy again at this price.

Nice, comfortable close fitting gloves keeping a nice temperature during those winter months. My husband has arthritis in most joints in his hands due to breakages during dirt bike racing in his younger years. He could barely move his hands in the mornings from the stiffness and pain. These gloves have lessen this drastically. The fingertip pads are a nice addition.

I originally had the chaser gloves for many years. The newton's are even better. These gloves are perfect to keep my hands warm but never hot. If your after something you can rely on do yourself a favour and get a pair. Long cold runs made comfortable ✅
