We know what you’re thinking: how will a merino tank keep me cool when it’s warm? Well, we’ll tell you! We’ve blended our softest, finest merino, together with a special blend of plant fibre, to come up with a fabric that will keep your core comfortable and cooler for longer when the temperature rises.

The Celsius Tank is part of our Summerino range, and it features our coolest ever fabric, that is naturally breathable, temperature regulating, moisture wicking and odour resistant - and feels ridiculously good next to your skin.

It’s designed to be worn in milder to warm weather, but really the easy fit delivers performance and comfort all year round. Whether you’re pushing hard, doing not much at all, or something in between, go with the io Men's Celsius Tank to feel good no matter how warm it gets outside.

Ultra-lightweight 150gsm.

Super cool, super lightweight and silky smooth, made from 45% ultra fine merino, 45% natural TENCEL (made from sustainably grown wood fiber), and 10% nylon for extra durability.

While Merino is an amazing natural fibre, not all Merino fabrics are created equal. At ioMerino, we make our own fabrics, using only the best quality fibres, and to very specific specifications that make the most of the natural benefits of Merino. All of them are 'Merino rich’. No cheap blends passed off as Merino. No cheaper scratchy fibres or synthetic substitutes to save money. No unethical production. And each fabric is made for a specific purpose. So if you see something with a small amount of elastase or nylon added, or blended with natural, sustainable TENCEL, you can be sure it absolutely needs to be there to make a better, more comfortable product - not to save us money.

It took every bit of our 140 years of experience in the wool industry to perfect our fabrics, but we think you’ll agree the end result was more than worth the effort.

Good, but not great.

I love the lightweight feel of the tank and the softness of the fabric. I don't like the printed logo on the side which makes it too "sporty" and it could be a little longer. Other issue is purchasing from another country: the company should have an "all included" delivery as the product ended up costing way too much which makes the product less interesting for me.

Celsius Tank

This singlet is great for running in warmer conditions. It sits comfortably under a pack for longer runs and keeps you cool even as the temperature rises. I will definitely be buying a few more of these. A great product!

Running singlet

Great running singlet that doesn't stink up, is comfy against skin and sheds heat well enough in warmer months. Only thing more comfortable is no shirt at all. Delivery was prompt. Bigger choice of colors would be good but the blue is nice.

Celsius tank - Recommendable

This is my first Celsius Tank, but I have bought a few other IO merino products. What I like: the soft feel, the fit, the quick delivery. It really has a remarkably soft feel, and I enjoy putting it one each time I wear it. I use it primarily for personal training, and I like the fit for this purpose. I found it 'true to size', ie the 'Large' size fitted me as I expected - close to my body, but not tight. On the website, the model chose a smaller size for a tighter fit. I chose not to, and it works for me. I received the item a day or two after I placed the order (and the website was well organised). I would appreciate more colour options, similar to the Altitude Zip I also bought. A classy product, and recommendable!

Great t-shirt for thru-hikers

I have been wearing my ioMerino t-shirt everyday for over 70 days on the Appalachian Trail thru-hike. It still looks and feels like new. I absolutely love it. It’s great fit, washes very well, doesn’t hold the hiker smell 😊, holds its shape even when wet, fast drying and most importantly super comfortable for any type of weather. Highly recommend. I might get the sleeveless shirt for the summer period as a second shirt.

Universal Long Sleeve Tee - Wise Women Walking

I love my universal long sleeve tee. I have worn it on numerous long hikes and have found it to be fast drying if caught in light drizzle or when sweaty. On a cool day it is fine on its own, or under other clothes if cold. Perfect for when the weather is warmer too, plus protects arms from the sun. I love the dazzling blue colour too.

Perfect Trackpants

Have just ordered another pair in a different colour. These have fast become my favourite trackpants. I've worn these walking my dogs and they're warm but the fabric is so soft, light and breathable! Well done IOMerino! Awesome. I seriously don't want to take them off and they're stylish enough to wear out. Keen to try them on my next hike that's how much I love them!

This is fantastic for cold weather running. The zip is so handy for adjusting the warmth as I warm up. The neckline is cosy when starting out. I team this with an IO tank top and it works perfectly on a 1 degree morning!
