I've recently returned from the Overland Trail. After hiking across Tasmanian rugged wilderness for 65km+ with about 20kg pack, I can honestly say that these leggings, in partnership with some other well-chosen gear, have saved my legs from a lot of pain. I have other merino leggings, but decided to invest in Pace compression leggings for that extra support. And I'm so glad I did! I highly recommend them to anyone who is on their feet a lot, or has varicose veins. Now I'm on a hunt for another pair that's suitable for warmer months. They need to be a little thinner and in light-grey colour to reflect rather than absorb direct sunlight. I hope ioMerino designers will take that into consideration :-)

I love these leggings. I was looking for compression leggings, something I'd never tried before, and came across these. So happy to be able to buy from a local company and pleased to report that the customer service is excellent and super friendly. They replied very quickly to an initial enquiry I had and the leggings arrived in 2 days. I loved the fit and feel of the leggings but there was an issue with the stitching which I reported to them. They immediately sent me a replacement pair which are perfect (and also arrived in 2 days). I've noticed as per other comments and the description that this fabric really doesn't hold odours so will be looking at buying other garments in this fabric : )

The material quality and fit are amazing, but the branding placement and white arrows on the back of the legs make them look cheap. Decided not to buy a second pair because of this.

I took these leggings with me on a carry on luggage only trip. After wearing them casually for three days and hiking for half a day in the sun in them, they did not smell, get dirty or lose compression. Impressive.

Fantastic quality, no pilling after 7 years of wear, still look new. Only one downside: an inner leg seam came apart recently. I had it repaired by a professional seamstress. She said the edges of the fabric seam did not meet when the garment was initially made. In other words, it was caused by a minor manufacturing issue.

They are so soft, warm and comfortable. I was between sizes and went for the larger size, I could probably have gone down a size. Delivery was very quick.

These leggings are a perfect fit and feel good. Not keen on the white markings on the back, as I thought they were plain black. However, I can overlook this as they are great and just the thing for my long flights.

The best ever!

I have stopped wearing leggings under my skirts for awhile now because of all the synthetic fibers and I decided to get these after a very long search to find the best. After about 1.5 months of searching and reading reviews I decided to get these. I followed the size guide and I found a perfect fit, I never want to take them off. Now I wear long, mostly ankle length skirts and I run in them so I sweat and I sweat a lot but these are amazing. I also have very stretched out skin from having children and these really hold things tight so my skin doesn't hurt when I run or itch. So pleased! I'm super excited to get a second pair but I need to save a bit for them. They also keep their shape after a couple days. I'm so thankful!

These tights are brilliant in terms of temperature comfort in different seasons, and in their anti-sweat/anti-odour properties. They are also hard-wearing - I wore them running most mornings for a year or so and they lasted pretty well. They would be so much better, though, if they didn't have the large imposing logo at the front, and if they had more flattering seam lines (the seam line is too straight and low on the bum). There are so many flattering tight out there that have nailed the seam lines, so it would be great if IO's designers could look at them for inspo, so we can have flattering tights that are better for the environment! Also, after a year they weren't squat-proof, so perhaps slightly thicker fabric would be beneficial.

I was looking for a pair of lightweight merino wool tights I could use to work out in indoors especially in the summertime. There are a lot of merino leggings out there, but so many are too thick or merino blended w synthetics. These are the perfect weight - thin but still supportive. I don’t have to pull them up constantly during workouts. For reference I ordered the Small. I am 135 lbs and 5’ 6” - 36 hips.

The tights fit well - I have a small waist so they could be tighter there but still don’t fall down at all. I will be ordering more as I will be wearing them every day for work.

Very happy with my leggings. They're not scratchy (and I have very sensitive skin). I think they have the right amount of stretch (to hold you in) and are lovely and warm.

These are my second pair - first pair I have flogged and they’re still going strong (and remain warm). Only bought a second pair as I hate not having a back up when they’re in the wash. Thick enough that you can wear on their own but thin enough to wear under hiking/ ski pants when the weather is downright nasty!

These are my second pair. They are high waisted, which I Love, and fit really well. I found the newer pair felt slightly scratchy when I first wore them but not enough to be uncomfortable or a distraction, and from experience I know they will come to feel softer. I wear them for running and walking and they keep me warm and I don't feel overheated. My only advise is, if you are like me and stop to pat dogs you will end up covered in their fur.

Very comfy even for a curvy figure. Good stretch particularly around the knees for hiking up big stairs & rocks. Nice and warm. Phone & keys pockets would be a good addition though.

Soooo comfy and warm. Super speedy delivery, I live in remote NSW and this is the fastest shipping we have received ever!! Love Australian wool products (I am a sheep grazier so very impressed with this product). Not itchy like some woollen clothing can be. Very well made.

I love pure wool products and find the compression leggins fit like a glove and have been a welcome additional warmth if working from home, playing fold, or walking on the Flinders Ranges. A lateral thigh pocket(for a phone) would be an additional helpful touch.

I ordered these and received them the very next day. Excellent comfy firm fit. Warm but not too warm - perfect for outdoor exercise in the Adelaide winter. I'm usually a size 8-10 and the S is perfect. I suspect that if you've got longish legs they would be 7/8 length, but they're perfect on me - I'm 164cm with legs on the short side. Now someone just has to develop merino clothes that don't attract dog hair :)

The best leggings. Use for cycling to work. Wanted merino. Previously had 100% merino leggings but they were see-through and prone to small holes. The elastin one these perfect for giving compression and thickness. No more see thru butt! But warmth and breathability of merino. Love

I love these leggings. These are just like my second skin. They stay up too. The sizing and length is perfect.

A side phone pocket would be good

I’d love them to be an inch longer but besides that they are perfect! Warm, stretchy and firm. Run fairly true to size but probably on the smaller side of things.

I live in a cold climate and these leggings are so warm. Loving that they’re wool yet look like activewear not longjohns. Brilliant product.

I LOVE!!!! these leggings and live in them. They feel great and make me feel strong and athletic. The only improvement I would like to see is for a side pocket so I can carry my mobile phone around as I like living in them and can't bare to be separated from my phone either!

Great fit, super fine construction of the inner leg seam and hip/waistline. Comfortable and thermal. Aesthetic detailing on the lower leg is a nice touch. I love these leggings.
