I was a bit unsure about it at first due to the Merino material next to the most important part of my body. Once I wore it I felt so comfortable. I sweat a lot in all seasons specifically in summer but while I wore Merino underpants I didn't feel itchy from sweat or material. It is way more comfortable than cotton. I am already planning to replace all my existing underpants with Merino. It dries quick, breathable natural material and very well stiched. I wear medium size for 34 waist. You won't go wrong.
This tank top is very comfortable for all sorts of reasons, running, lifting weights, during body weight workout, playing beach volleyball, etc. I sweat a lot during workouts but the antibacterial properties of Merino won't let bacteria grow which means no horrible smell and it dries fast. It comes in nice colours and looks stylish. I am 6feet tall, and I wear medium size. Prices are the same as buying a branded plastic/nylon but you are getting a natural fibre. Don't think twice you won't regret it.
Thanks so much Inder! Great to hear the tank is performing across so many workouts. Our premium merino is naturally breathable, quick-drying and odour resistant, making it a smart alternative to synthetic training gear. If you’re building out your active kit, the Zodiac Crop and Pace Compression Leggings are a great option.
I wear this top during High Intensity Cardio training at my gym. It is very comfortable to wear as suppose to wearing the plasticy polyester stuff. You can wear it again and again and again but it never smells. I am 6feet tall and athletic build , medium size fits well for me.
Great to hear our merino is keeping you comfortable through high-intensity cardio. Unlike synthetic fabrics, premium merino naturally breathes, regulates temperature and resists odour, making it ideal for repeat workouts. If you’re looking to expand your training kit, the Universal Tee or Ultra Tank might be for you too.
I am a heavy sweater, and I have found regular nylon and cotton crops get too hot and wet ( non wicking) when mountain biking and bike packing. There was also too much material holding this moisture. The Zodiac triangle bra design has less fabric and because it is merino, is better at wicking away the sweat. Although I am small breasted, I am a bit barrel chested. The small was too tight under the bust, but the medium is very comfy. The cup size is adequate for me , but I am a B at most. I have just used the Zodiac for a 50km Gravel and a 50 km MTB event. No dramas and comfy under jersey and camelback. The adjustable straps personalise the fit. The shape of the cup could be improved, but overall it is the best I have found for my needs.
This top is ideal if you don't need much support, need a modesty cover and prevention of nipple rub!
Hey Christine, thank you so much for taking the time to share, and for putting the Zodiac Triangle Bra through two big 50km events- that's amazing! ♀️ We love hearing how our merino gear performs out on the trails. It’s great to know the fabric and design helped keep you cooler and drier, that’s exactly what we designed it for. We really appreciate your feedback about the cup shape too. Thoughtful insights like yours help us heaps 🙌 Thanks again and stay comfy!
I bought these for bike packing to stop getting saddle sores. I've used them just for a couple of long day rides, so far, so good!
I found the fit to be great!
Hi there Angela,
So glad to hear! Our lightweight Australian Merino is built to move, breathe and stay fresh, even when the kms stack up. If bikepacking’s your thing, layering with an Altitude crew or tee is an absolute game changer.
