I'm 167cm, about 74kg, and ordered a medium. Fits snug, but with a bit of give.
It's my first merino top as well, and so far true what they say about less stink factor!
I didn't think anything would be as good as the low cut io merino socks... And yet here these are!
I wore them on a hike, weather was cold at first and hot at the end, I was comfortable through it all. No blisters and my feet felt cushioned. Amazing. I wear them in everyday life too as they are warm and cozy. I cut the top elastic (I have sensitiv ankles and can't stand sock elastics, but I cut them on any socks I own).
At long last I am reviewing these! I love them. They look great (have them in black and wear them to work / everyday). They are super comfortable and warm and cozy. Just buy yourself a pair and you will start liking winter.
Note: they really do size small. I always wear S in any shops, sometimes even XS, and for these had to size up - M fits like a glove. Definitely size up.
Beautifully soft merino. Good coverage, allowing a normal bra to be worn underneath. Better sun protection than singlet tops with thinner straps. I ordered a size down for a closer fit with no gaping. No visible bra.
Comfortable & firm. Nice feel. Medium is only just ok for me - will get a large next time even though only a 34B. Much better feel than the lycra sports bras on a long hike.
Perfect shirt for trail running all year round. Doesn’t ride up your back, doesn’t chafe under the arms. Nice and bright so easily seen by oncoming hikers and runners. Very comfortable, no itch, no scratch. Definitely recommend.
