Women's Size Chart - Altitude 'Contact Fit'

The Altitude range is designed to be a tight, but comfortable, fit. If you size up it will give you a little extra room, but it will still hug your body as that’s what this range is designed to do. If you want a looser fit consider the Ultra or Universal range.

Women's Size Chart - Universal, Ultra, and Horizon 'regular fit'

These garments are designed true to size, but going up a size in the Ultra will give it a slightly looser fit, whilst remaining sporty. The Universal and Horizon are already designed as a more casual fit.

Made from our revolutionary, new, Merino Wool compression fabric, the Arm Warmers are ideal for changing weather conditions and trans-seasonal weather. They maximise heat retention and offer additional coverage in low temperatures, but are easily removed or rolled down if it warms up or if you're wearing a pack.

Unlike regular arm sleeve, this fabric has a high merino content so are fully breathable, lightweight, and deliver both UV protection from the sun and warmth without bulk, and help stop you overheating. Pair with a t-shirt to add some additional warmth and versatility to your favourite short sleeve ioMerino.

Tag-free labels and flatlock stitching eliminate chafe and maximize comfort. Silicone grippers at the inside top hem to hold them securely in place around your arm and the reflective trims add visibility in low light conditions.

Female model wear size XS. Model is size 6-8, height 170cm, chest 81cm, waist 63.5cm, hips 89cm

Multi-purpose use

Wearing these for early trails starts up in the Adelaide foothills. First 3km or so are cold and these arm warmers help me decide to get out there. Roll down when warm enough or throw in the running vest. Good grippers, ideal compression. Will be excellent on kayak or up the river first thing and in the evening.

Loving My Arm Warmers

The first part of me to get warm once I start running are my arms, so these are just perfect. I don't have to stop and remove my running vest to take off a long sleeve top now. I just pull down the sleeves. They stayed in place and didn't move once on my arms.

These beauties arrived just as I was heading out for a cool night on the trails. They did not disappoint- very pleased (and love the little postcard)

Note (as is shown in the images) it comes down to your thighs, so it keeps your backside warm but can bunch up a little in the front when you sit down. A typical compromise in a hoodie, personal preference whether you like it to end at your waist or further down.
