I got these arm sleeves as it was slated to be below 5 degrees for the Tokyo Marathon. As fate would have it, it turned out to be the hottest one in 20 years! But I still wore the sleeves at the beginning whilst lining up before the start as it was only around 8 degrees. And they were a lifesaver! Thank you!

I went for the XS size a little unsure if they’d be too small but they fit comfortably and hardly notice I have them on. Great for cool mornings running or riding and very easy to take off once you’ve warmed up. I like the grip to help keep them in place at the top.

These beauties arrived just as I was heading out for a cool night on the trails. They did not disappoint- very pleased (and love the little postcard)

These couldn’t be better! Perfect fit. So soft, and long enough for my arms. Perfect for starting cold runs and small enough to hold or tuck away once warmed up. Excellent quality product.

I love these arm warmers and they do exactly what I need them to do. One of the best things that they are Australian owned and made. I found that they did size small & I had to go up a size. IO merino is now my brand to go to as with a great customer service and philosophy.

Brilliant arm warmers - beautiful breathable merino with silicone edging to ensure they don’t slide down. Great for layering - so good I got an extra pair for drop bags at ultras.

Took these arm warmers on a multi-day hike in Tasmania and they were excellent! So good to be able to take them on and off without taking my pack off. My only suggestion would be to consider adding a thumb hole so that there is the option of partially warming hands as well, but i saying that, I'm also very happy with them just as they are!!

Just used them for a marathon that started with sun then the rain and wind came. So glad I had them on, they are so warm yet also breathable and they stay in place

These were a Christmas gift for my husband. He is a mountain, road, and gravel bike rider. These fit well and work as expected.

Wearing these for early trails starts up in the Adelaide foothills. First 3km or so are cold and these arm warmers help me decide to get out there. Roll down when warm enough or throw in the running vest. Good grippers, ideal compression. Will be excellent on kayak or up the river first thing and in the evening.

The first part of me to get warm once I start running are my arms, so these are just perfect. I don't have to stop and remove my running vest to take off a long sleeve top now. I just pull down the sleeves. They stayed in place and didn't move once on my arms.

These seem warmers are warm, comfortable, fit well and stay up. I used them one morning when the frosts didn't warm up for three hours and I was comfortable.

These are softer and more breathable, and better in cold than my old merino blend warmers from DHB. I have long arms for my height but the S/M are still long enough and not too loose. Silicone grip band is strong so no slipping, and no discomfort up to 3h. Recommended.

These arm warmers are perfect for rain, wind and changeable weather conditions. The fit is perfect. They stay put and are easy to put on and off. I wore them with an iomerino t shirt and the combination was super comfortable. I’m so impressed with this fabric that I would like to try the long compression tights. Great brand. Fantastic for the wool industry.

I wore these recently at UTA. It was freezing cold, drizzly rain and sleet. They repelled the rain and sleet. I did not take them off, and am so glad I had them.
