I have a few "warm" underlayer pieces as I do feel the cold, but this one is definitely the best ever. I will be back for more next winter!

First time purchasing from IO and these tops are so beautiful, the range of colours are wonderful. So light and warm, love the length. Normally a size S/10 generally, but purchased L and happy with the fit as they are still body hugging but not tight. Super stylish. Will love wearing these.

I have worn Merino for years with a big brand and trying Io Merino I can't look back, they are that good. Did not know what I was missing! The texture is smooth and beautiful, so comfortable and with durability to the fabric. The team at Io Merino are just fab if need to make contact and online ordering smooth and reliable process. Tip: I always wash Merino in wash bag to keep.as new and avoid snags in machine and handwashing is a great option too. I added two more colours as I live in Merino long sleeve tops in cooler weather bike riding or everyday wear as lightweight and warm and can layer easily without bulk to stay warm. So good having colours! and styles to choose from first time ever with Merino I have seen and to experience high end merino I never had before. Look forward to adding other styles for warmer weather..

Purchased this top to wear while running in the cold during winter. I have been very happy with it so far - it is soft and comfortable and definitely keeps me warm. It is very thin and able to be worn under other clothing. Will be purchasing another one!

So comfy and warm. I am wearing it all the time underneath everything! Warm yet not bulky.

This top is very warm yet thin enough to be worn under a fitted jacket. I have purchased 2 to date and am more than happy with the size and warmth.

I bought this for chilly morning dog walks but it's quickly become my 'wear every day' top. Comfy under a jumper or even on its own. The raglan sleeves mean no itchy seams under my arm. I'll be getting more of these - it's an essential top for autumn/winter. Ethics and transparency are amazing (I only purchase from ethical and sustainable businesses).

I purchased this to have a different colour merino to my others. Perfect as a base layer and for just as is. Fit is as described and shown in the photo. Price is competitive. Best of all is Australian merino and made under ethical conditions which to me is a major criteria for purchasing.

I feel the cold and am always on the look out for comfortable, non bulky clothing to wear that will take me from inside to outside walking the dogs. I usually wear at least 3 layers plus a vest inside the house in winter, then put on an outer layer for walks. I prefer natural fibres for warmth and also to avoid microplastics in the environment. This top is brilliant! Its soft, comfy, doesn't get all sweaty and make me cold at the end of my walk. I'm pretty much planning on living in it for the rest of the winter. My medium is a perfect fit and I usually go a 10 or 12.

Love this base layer. I wear it as a warm layer over a tank when going out for my run. It's soft & warm. It also keeps me toasty warm without overheating or sweating when worn under a jumper on frosty morning walks.

Bought an Altitude Crew on recommendation from my sister. It is just so comfortable to wear, the fabric is soft and it's a great warm layer. So impressed I bought a couple more!

For women looking for sizing: I'm an hourglass shape, usually but a 14 in tops. I bought an XL in women's fit and it's perfect. Nicely comfy, great next to skin layer on cold days.

I absolutely love my altitude crew for staying warm during early morning chilly winter trail runs or bike commutes to work. They wear really well over time as well, my first one is two years old and still looks like the new one I have just purchased.

bought the Altitude crew and zip to layer but found that it did not work. The close to body fit made the sleeves quite snug around my upper arms, layering was not comfortable. Otherwise, absolutely lovely, very flattering if you feel comfortable in the contoured fit. Super light and super warm at the same time. Wore the crew running with just a light cheap down jacket in 22 F weather - warm enough!

Very close fitting as described - Think body hugging! I am a size 16 and purchased an XL. If I wanted it as an outer layer, I would have gone for an XXL. Good quality and feel, and one of the few tops I can find with a Raglan Sleeve - Please give me more with Raglan sleeves - so much more comfortable on the move! Also, great customer service.

This is my first ever thumbhole shirt/jacket/whatever item and I was very excited to try it. It ends up not being great in this shirt as it will end up being an underlayer more than something i wear as a primary shirt. I forgot how close-fitting the altitude line is and should have ordered a size larger. This fits, but it fits CLOSE! that said, it stays in place well and feels good on. A bit thinner/cooler than I expected so i'll actually even get some summer wear out of it I think, if I can stand showing off everything I've got to the world. The thumb holes will make it easier to slide layers overtop without loosing my sleeves.

Overall happy with the fit and feel of my Altitude Crew. For cycling, arms are a bit long and thumb hole superfluous. Felt a bit tight first up, but has relaxed with a couple of washes. Sizing is generous. I'm usually an XXL, but XL is fine with this item. Have only used it in a Sydney winter, so no real test of it's warmth, but has been fine as a base layer on the bike so far.

Love this top for running and cycling in the cold. It regulates temperature really well and isn’t itchy like some wool is. The shape is well fitted and it’s great for layering

Purchased this for hiking in winter. Great lightweight fabric. I am usually a size 8 and find the small is a very snug fit. Compared to other brands sizing is a bit smaller. Good colour choices and I would certainly purchase more.

I really love my Merino and customer support was excellent. Sizing is tight and glad I bought a M instead of a small. Love the colour.
